Horizons College is an innovative and inclusive specialist education provider for learners aged 16-25 with learning difficulties and complex needs. We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised Work Experience & Destinations Officer to support the delivery of high-quality work experience, careers, and destination programmes across the college.

Working closely with the Careers Manager and Work Experience Team, you will play a key role in securing meaningful work placement opportunities, developing employer relationships, monitoring learner progress, and tracking post-college destinations.
