Wlc Quality Line Conformance Manager (Toledo)

An opportunity for a Quality Conformance Manager has arisen within Airbus Operations, Illescas (Toledo). The selected candidate will join the A350 Wing Lower Cover Production Team. As the primary guardian of product integrity and manufacturing excellence, the jobholder will spearhead quality standards and manage critical customer interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Resolve urgent quality incidents on the production line and lead cross‑functional teams in Practical Problem Solving (PPS) for complex technical issues.
• Act as the primary Quality focal point for the customer, leading multifunctional teams to address and resolve quality complaints.
• Define product quality requirements for inspection dossiers and manage the Quality Authorizations framework to ensure personnel certification.
• Enforce industry‑defined Quality Standards and oversee critical objects such as Quality Escapes, Audits, Manufacturing Non‑Conformances, and Concessions.
