Wireline Training Lead — Flexible Hours & SME Coach

Baker Hughes is seeking a Technical Training Instructor (Wireline) in Dubai to design, develop and deliver comprehensive wireline training covering Open Hole, Cased Hole, Pipe Recovery, Slickline, and related equipment.

You will lead classroom and hands-on sessions, align content with procedures and safety standards, and mentor field personnel while coordinating resources across centers and field sites to ensure high-quality training outcomes.
