Responsibilities To efficiently direct and control all operational activities at the POS and in the Front Shop. Managing a daily employee work schedule to ensure optimal service levels at the POS as well as uphold store standards and housekeeping in the Front Shop. To support the achievement of the store’s financial performance by building customer loyalty, ensuring a superior customer experience and the timeous and efficient resolve of customer queries and/or complaints. Ensure that unresolvable queries and/or complaints are escalated to the correct department. To support the achievement of the store’s financial performance by maximising sales through cross-selling and upselling initiatives. To support the achievement of the store’s financial performance by driving and maximising sales through managing stock pressure and visual merchandising standards on the shop floor.
