Job Description
We are seeking a Wintel Engineer to manage, support, and modernize Windows‑based infrastructure across on‑premises environments. This role combines day‑to‑day operations with transformation initiatives, ensuring high availability, performance, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and support Windows Server environments (installation, configuration, patching, upgrades)
- Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and core infrastructure services
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity; troubleshoot incidents and problems
- Perform server provisioning, hardening, and lifecycle management
- Support virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware/Hyper‑V)
- Implement security best practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance controls
