Winemaker: Lead End-to-End Craft & Blends

Vinarchy seeks a skilled Winemaker to own the end-to-end winemaking process, from fermentation to final sign-off, ensuring each wine meets brand style and compliance. You will maintain meticulous records and work with Viticulture to support new wine development and blend decisions, partnering with Senior and Chief Winemakers.

This role emphasizes continuous improvement, 5S, Tier meetings, and annual audits, while collaborating across regional teams in a fast-paced environment.
