Wine Club & Tasting Centre Manager

This picturesque and prestigious estate in the Stellenbosch Winelands is home to a number of internationally rated wines ranging from distinct Chardonnays to signature Bordeaux style blends. ProStaffSelect are in search of a highly proficient, passionate service & sales driven Wine Club and Tasting Centre Manager to oversee daily operations of the tasting centre while driving the growth and performance of the estate's wine club. The primary focus of the position is on delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading and developing a high-performing team, increasing direct-to-consumer sales, and ensuring that every visitor interaction reflects the estate's premium brand and reputation. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong wine background who’ll lead guest experiences, grow direct wine sales, and contribute to the continued success of a world-class wine brand.
