Windows SysAd L2 – Senior (Philippines)

As a Windows SysAd L2 – Senior, you will lead Windows system administration, ensuring the security, stability, and scalability of server environments. You will design and maintain Active Directory, manage virtualised environments, and act as a technical expert guiding teams and projects.

What You’ll Do and How You’ll Succeed

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies, login scripts, DNS, and DHCP.
• Build and configure Windows and VMware servers, maintaining virtual environments.
• Provide production support to ensure the security and stability of the environment.
• Participate in system design improvements and performance enhancements, including disaster recovery planning.
• Collaborate with database and network administrators to implement new enterprise applications.
• Act as a technical expert, mentoring help desk staff and leading large‑scale projects.
