Job Description
As a Windows Infrastructure Engineer, you will design, build, and automate core infrastructure systems, with a strong focus on backup architecture, reliability, and scalability. This is not an operations or support role, we are looking for engineers who take ownership of systems, develop automation, and proactively solve complex infrastructure challenges.
Responsibilities
- Maintain IT systems management tools used by the team.
- Create and roll out new technical solutions through the dev/qa/prod pipeline.
- Remediate and mitigate vulnerabilities in a variety of technical products.
- Communicate with third-party technical support if needed.
- Work with other team members as an on-call engineer 24/7 based on a flexible schedule.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system incidents.
- Automate the tasks.
- You will document all changes within our Change Management process and Confluence.
