Windows Desktop Support Specialist — On-Call Expert

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Technical Support Associate to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The role involves troubleshooting issues and performing repairs on desktops, notebooks, and printers.

Adequate candidates will have knowledge of the Windows operating system, strong client service skills, and preferably an A+ certification. This position also includes responding to after-hour calls as needed.
