Our Window and Door Engineers are essential to our business, efficiently & effectively assisting our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for installed products covered by our 10-year warranty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visiting customers' homes to investigate and identify the fault, and take the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
- Demonstrating & explaining correct product care to customers
- Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
