Job summary
NHS England is recruiting a Wider Workforce Lead for the South East Endoscopy Training Academy [SEETA] on secondment for a fixed term basis, until 31 March 2027 in the first instance. This role is for one or two days a week.
The post will be home based, working remotely with some attendance at local NHSE offices & regional hospitals. The post holder will sit within the NHSE SE Cancer & Diagnostics Programme and will be instrumental in leading the ongoing development of the South East Endoscopy Training Academy.
The purpose of the role is to lead on the development & training of the wider endoscopy workforce in the South East, providing regional leadership for the delivery of high quality, cross specialty, and multi-professional endoscopy training, together with the wider SEETA core team. The wider workforce includes (but is not limited to) administrators, bookers, pathway navigators and assistant screening practitioners.
