Job Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a WHPA Contract Administration Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the contract administration process for our projects in these regions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as client requirements.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review and understand project contracts, including scope of work, terms and conditions, and payment terms
  • Coordinate with project teams to establish contract administration procedures and ensure they are followed throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks related to contract compliance
  • Review and approve subcontractor and vendor contracts and change orders
