Detailed Job Description

Shipment management and logistics coordination:

• Work closely with line manager and business partners to ensure all shipments are picked up on time for seasonal delivery (Merchandise and Non selling merchandise) ie. provide Packing list, HS code, COO etc
• Execute shipment plan for seasonal and NOS (Never-Out-of-Stock)
• Takes ownership and execute replenishment and system transfer needs in SAP or any other relevant system
• Assist with coordination of GWPs/ other NPM needs necessary for new store openings/events
• Investigate and resolve non-routine customer/consumer complaints on defective, shipment status etc
