The Wheel and Brake Technician produces reliable, high-quality, airworthy wheel and brake components with a strong focus on workmanship, cost efficiency, and optimal turnaround time. This role involves precise mechanical work on small, detailed parts, following technical documentation and established procedures to ensure every product meets strict safety and quality standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform assembly and disassembly of wheel and brake components using hand tools, power tools, hydraulic presses, pumps, and other shop equipment.
+ Work on small, detailed, and sometimes tedious parts with consistent focus and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality.
+ Read, interpret, and follow work instructions, Component Maintenance Manuals, schematics, blueprints, and technical publications to complete tasks correctly.
