Whānau School Health Support Worker

Tamaki Health is seeking a Whānau Support Worker for the Mana Kidz school-based health programme in South Auckland. You will perform health assessments, provide health education, and promote health in collaboration with Registered Nurses across multiple sites.

This fixed-term role (12 months) requires driving to communities, strong English communication, and a commitment to culturally competent care with families and rangatahi.
