Wet Chemistry Equipment Tech – Semiconductor Tools (Shift)

OSRAM Opto Semiconductors (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Technician for Equipment Engineering in Kulim, Malaysia. You will be responsible for maintaining Wet Chemistry equipment and supporting engineering teams to optimize performance.

The ideal candidate should possess a relevant technical diploma and at least 3 years of hands-on experience with specific Wet tools. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure are essential for this role.
