Job Description
Become a pivotal part of Erb Group as a Western Canada LTL Freight Coordinator. Your focus will be on planning and dispatching temperature-sensitive freight efficiently.
As a Freight Coordinator, your role will involve managing LTL operations to ensure timely and safe deliveries. Your background in logistics and communication will help you foster relationships among drivers and clients while maintaining operational integrity. Optimize load profitability while supporting fellow team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and schedule LTL loads to minimize empty miles
• Act as a liaison between drivers and customers
• Prepare and distribute driver route information
• Monitor shipment statuses and resolve discrepancies
• Generate daily and weekly operational reports
Requirements:
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant Dispatch experience
• In-depth knowledge of Highway Traffic Act and regulations
