Wellbeing Support Worker

Preference will be given to Indigenous applicants as our goal is to strengthen spiritual, personal, social and emotional wellbeing of our trainees.
 
The National Indigenous Training Academy (NITA), based at Ayers Rock Resort, is searching for aYouth Worker to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks.

The NITA residential program supports up to 80 trainees in dormitory-style accommodation whilst they complete their traineeship at Ayers Rock Resort. As a Youth Worker you will ensure that every trainee within our community feels a sense of connection, safety and pride, but most importantly feels at home during their trainee journey.
