Your new role

As a Wellbeing & Pastoral Support staff member, you will play a key role in supporting students’ emotional, social, and behavioural development. You will work closely with pupils who may be experiencing challenges such as anxiety, low confidence, or difficulty engaging with school life.This role may involve working 1:1 with students or supporting small groups within a pastoral or inclusion setting.Your responsibilities will include:

Providing pastoral and emotional support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4
