The Bishop Strachan School is seeking a Well-being Counsellor for Grades 9-12 to create and support effective social-emotional programs. Candidates must have a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Psychotherapy, along with relevant experience in educational settings. Duties include counseling, facilitating workshops, and fostering an inclusive community.

Key Responsibilities: • Consult with faculty on holistic student well-being • Offer brief counseling and support for students • Conduct workshops on well-being topics • Assist faculty in fostering an inclusive environment • Manage student absence coordination with school staff
