Welding Process Engineer – TIG Lead & Process Improvement

HRTX is seeking a Welding Process Engineer to lead the development and refinement of welding processes in Batangas. The role involves quality control and support for continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and at least 3 years of experience in welding or manufacturing engineering. Strong knowledge of GTAW (TIG Welding) is essential, along with good analytical and communication skills.
