Responsibilities Able to read and interpret Engineering drawings Liaising with Production teams Overseeing the work of welders, assigning tasks, and ensuring smooth workflow Understanding welding processes, interpreting blueprints and technical drawings, and troubleshooting welding issues. Participation in the fabrication of metal components including welding, cutting and shaping Usage of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment and heavy machinery General tasks in department Adherence to safety protocols and regulations, including PPE Cleaning pressure vessel equipment Requirements Matric Own transport Red seal in Welding Understanding welding processes interpreting blueprints, technical drawings troubleshooting welding issues.
