Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily welding, rebar fixing, and general construction activities on site.
- Ensure all welding works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards.
- Inspect reinforcement (rebar) installation before concrete casting to ensure correct size, spacing, cover, and placement.
- Monitor concrete casting activities to ensure proper preparation, pouring, compaction, and curing procedures are followed.
- Allocate manpower, equipment, and materials efficiently to meet project schedules.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers follow safe work procedures and site regulations.
- Enforce compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, surveyors, and quality inspectors to resolve site issues.
