Job Description
We are looking for Welder (TIG & 6G) capable of doing fit-ups and welding metal pressure vessels based on construction drawings provided, able to understand the welding specifications (WPS), and welding symbols, using techniques that adhere to all specifications for vessels, piping, and welding assembly based on ASME/PED or other related codes stated in the design criteria.
Skills & Expertise Required:
- Capable of welding multiple metallurgies, including carbon steel, low alloy steel, stainless steel, duplex/super duplex, and nickel-based alloys.
- Proficient in TIG (GTAW), SMAW, and MIG (GMAW) welding processes for pressure-retaining applications.
- Able to weld in all positions (1G–6G), including overhead, vertical, and confined-space welds.
- Strong experience in welding long seams, circumferential seams, nozzles, and reinforcement pads for pressure vessels.
- Skilled in overlay welding, and precision weld repairs where required.<...
