Job Description
**Job Title: Structural Welder (Flux Core MIG)**
🕒 Shifts: 1st Shift (5:30 AM – 4:00 PM) | 2nd Shift (4:00 PM – 2:30 AM)
💰 Pay: $28–$33/hour
**Job Overview**
We are looking for an experienced Structural Welder to join our team. In this role, you will use Flux Core MIG (FCAW) welding to build steel components for bridge projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform **flux core (FCAW) welding** on structural steel
+ Read and follow **blueprints and weld symbols**
+ **Complete welds in different positions (flat, vertical, overhead)**
+ **Set up materials and perform basic fabrication work**
+ **Use shop tools such as grinders, drill presses, and saws**
+ **Operate cranes to move materials safely**
+ **Keep your work area clean and safe**
+ **Work independently and support team members**
