Job Description
**Welder and Fabricator**
This position involves performing MIG welding and fabricating truck beds, using A36 Mild Steel. The role requires reading blueprints and building parts from concept to completion, working alongside another individual in a bay, and utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts. Lifting up to 50lbs may be required, along with general shop clean-up duties.
**Responsibilities**
+ Weld and fabricate truck beds using MIG and Fluxcore welding techniques on A36 Mild Steel.
+ Fabricate assemblies such as headboards, boomracks, toolbox brackets, cone holders, and various other items.
+ Read and interpret blueprints to build parts from concept to completion.
+ Work collaboratively in a bay with another person for fabrication and assembly.
+ Utilize overhead cranes and forklifts safely.
+ Perform lifting tasks up to 50lbs.
+ Maintain cleanliness in the shop.
