**Job Description**
This role focuses on production MIG welding and quality control for custom metal and wire display products used in retail and grocery environments. You will work primarily with mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel, performing both welding and fabrication while ensuring that all welds are both aesthetically pleasing and structurally functional. The position combines hands-on welding, inspection, and process improvement, with a clear path toward leadership and ownership of the welding department’s standards and practices.
