Job Description
**1st, 2nd, and Weekend Shift MIG Welder $23-30/hr**
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Perform MIG welding according to engineering drawings and blueprint specifications.
+ Interpret welding symbols, callouts, and weld requirements.
+ Determine proper weld positions and techniques to complete jobs accurately and efficiently.
+ Weld mild steel and stainless steel materials ranging from 7-gauge to 1/4-inch thickness.
+ Read and interpret detailed fabrication and welding blueprints.
+ Assist with cutting, staging, organizing, and preparing materials for production.
+ Support fabrication activities including grinding, machine operation, insulation cutting, and finishing work.
+ Inspect completed welds for quality and adherence to specifications.
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
+ Assist in other fabrication departments as needed.
