Job Description
**Hagie Manufacturing (owned by John Deere)** is seeking a qualified candidate to be part of their **Weld Team in Clarion, IA.** This position primarily consists of MIG welding using .035, .045, and .052 wire on various thicknesses of steel, stainless steel, and aluminum to meet weld standards.
**Pay** : $26.00 per hour
**Shift** : 1st Shift, 5 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday-Thursday. Overtime possible)
**Minimum Requirements (Must have):**
+ 1 year of production welding experience or completion of a recognized welding program.
+ MIG welding.
+ Steel: 0.35, 0.45, 0.52 wire.
+ Ability to read blueprints and weld symbols.
+ Ability to perform a hands-on weld qualification test.
+ Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.
+ Assess comfort with simple technology (screens and computers).
**Preferred:**
+ Experience with aluminum welding (0.47 wire).
+ Experience welding multiple material types and thicknesses.
