We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Weighmaster / Scale House & Accounting Coordinator to support daily operations at our aggregate/quarry facility.
This position plays a critical role in managing truck scale operations, maintaining accurate ticketing records, and assisting with accounting and payroll-related tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with drivers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate truck scale and accurately weigh inbound and outbound loads.
- Generate and manage scale tickets and load documentation.
- Enter daily transactions and tickets into QuickBooks.
- Assist with billing and recordkeeping.
