Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- All product received or delivered must be quantified using the dip stick. Tank(s) to be quantified before and after transactions.
- All tanks to be dipped at the start and end of shift. Operator to record all opening and closing dips in the logbook.
- A vehicle may only proceed to the loading/offloading point once the bay is available.
- Ensure that a waste manifest document accompanies the drivers bringing receipts, and a loading instruction accompany the driver when delivering a load.
- Once vehicle is loaded/offloaded, the vehicle must move from the loading point in a short space of time.
- All receipts from suppliers must be accompanied by waste manifest document, clearly displaying the origin of the receipt as well as the estimated quantity being disposed of.
