Weekend Incident Lead, OSC Specialist – Singapore

Cboe Global Markets is seeking an OSC Specialist based in Singapore to provide operational oversight across Cboe’s platforms. This role operates on a four-day work week and is pivotal in incident management and customer support, focusing on our Global Indices platform.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and at least 4 years of technical support experience in financial markets. Familiarity with SQL, UNIX/Linux, and cloud technology is required. Proficiency in English and additional languages like Mandarin or Korean would be an advantage.
