Wedding and Social Events Executive

As the Event Sales and Planning Executive – Weddings & Social at the prestigious Park Hyatt Auckland, you will be responsible for selling and planning weddings and social events at the hotel. This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in the Auckland CBD. In this strategic role you will ensure an exceptional experience and the overall satisfaction of our discerning wedding and event guests.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Solicit and manage all weddings and social events for the hotel, as well as other events as needed by demand
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure a seamless, personalized experience for all potential and confirmed clients, preserving the hotel’s reputation
• Oversee and manage the accounts receivable process for all clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing, processing of payments, and resolution of any billing discrepancies
