Responsibilities
- BAU - Website Platform Management
- Own day‑to‑day management of all GEMS school and brand websites, including supporting internal teams with new pages, campaign landing pages, website launches, updates, and issue resolution.
- Act as the central owner of the website ecosystem, coordinating with marketing, CRM, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure integrations and updates such as Salesforce forms, Calendly, and tracking tools function correctly.
- Maintain overall website health across all school and GEMS brand websites, including performance, accessibility, SEO foundations, and UX best practices, while driving ongoing UX improvements, structural optimisation, and content updates to keep websites effective and user friendly.
