Job Description

We're looking for a Support Specialist to join our Website Support team, where you'll be part of first-line support operations, manage website workflows, and ensure seamless communication between users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Responsabilities:
Level 1 support operations;
Manage website updates, user requests, and incident resolution;
Serve as the communication bridge between users, stakeholders, and technical teams;
Align user needs with team priorities and technical requirements;
Monitor support performance and ensure service quality;
Promote best practices in accessibility, security, and GDPR compliance.

Requirements and skills:
Degree in Computer Engineering or a related field;
Familiarity with:Incident Management: EasyVista (nice to have);Analytics: Matomo (nice to have);Knowledge of SEO, GDPR, and data privacy regulations;
