The team is about 90 people, fully distributed. Product decisions are made close to the work. The role sits within a focused squad of 5-7 people: engineers and designers who take pride in what they ship. Few meetings. Lots of autonomy
Bitrefill's early product decisions came from people who live on crypto themselves. That intuition built the foundation, but the company has reached a scale where intuition alone is not enough.
