Job Description

• Ensure Print Consistency Throughout the Run: Monitor print quality across the entire batch, maintaining uniformity in color density, registration, and paper alignment. Proactively adjust ink flow and tension settings to prevent defects or rework.
• Perform Scheduled Maintenance as per Guidelines: Execute periodic maintenance tasks including roller cleaning, blanket replacement, lubrication, and inspection of mechanical components. Document maintenance logs and elevate any abnormalities to the technical team.
• Maintain Ink-Water Balance During Production: Continuously monitor and fine‑tune ink and dampening systems to maintain ideal ink‑water balance, preventing issues like scumming, toning, or emulsification. Ensure consistent print clarity and color fidelity.
