As a Wealth Business Manager, you play a key leadership role in shaping how customers experience our bank, and how your team grows and succeeds. You’ll lead a team of Wealth Portfolio Specialists in an office‑based, tele‑consulting environment, supporting them to engage customers confidently, responsibly, and effectively. At the same time, you’ll work closely with internal stakeholders to grow business pipelines, strengthen customer outcomes, and build a high‑performing, future‑ready team. In addition to leading and developing the team, you will actively engage customers and market wealth and insurance solutions, demonstrate best‑in‑class sales behaviours and serve as a role model for your team.
