Wealth and Retirement Regional Vice President (Calgary)

Overview

Reporting to the National Head of Sales, Wealth and Retirement Advice, the Regional Vice President (RVP) is accountable for the overall performance, growth, and strategic direction of the Plan Right Wealth and Retirement Western Regional team. The RVP leads a distributed team of regional advisors, driving sales outcomes, advisor productivity, and client engagement excellence.

Position Responsibilities

• Provide senior leadership oversight for Plan Right regional sales distribution and the regional advisor team, with full accountability for regional sales results and advisor productivity.
• Lead, develop, and coach an experienced team of Senior advisors and Associate Advisors to ensure consistent execution of sales strategy and achievement of targets.
