Windermere Outdoor Adventure is looking for an experienced seasonal instructor to work at our beautiful site on the shore of Lake Windermere. We offer a mixture of school, youth group and holiday courses to children, as well as private sessions for children and adults. We cater to a very wide range of clientele and also run a hire centre alongside our tuition.

As a seasonal watersport instructor, you will lead groups independently on the lake, catering to the individual needs of each group, taking a lead role in the development of new sessions and expanding our current client base. In addition to working as part of the hire centre team, you will be responsible for hiring kayaks and paddleboards to our customers, ensuring excellent customer service and providing strong and accurate safety briefings.
