Water & Sewer Top Man

Thompson Construction Group has openings for Water & Sewer Top Men in our Edmonton area of operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the elevation and grade of all pipe being installed with either batter boards or builders level
• Cutting and beveling pipe
• Rigging of all materials to be lowered into ditch
• Setting up track line
• Lining up service connection locations, CB’s, MH’s, etc.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a top man in underground utilities
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
