Eligibility Criteria

Expressions of interest are invited from suitably experienced and qualified Crew Managers and Watch Managers. Eligible applicants will need to meet the following criteria as a minimum:
Be a competent, substantive Crew Manager and been successful in the Watch Manager promotion board or be a substantive wholetime Watch Manager.

Qualified L1 ICS

Not subject to formal performance improvement actions, nor have any live disciplinary sanctions.
Essential qualifications for the role: 
Breathing Apparatus Instructor (BAI)

Compartment Fire Behaviour Training Instructor (CFBTI)

Adult Education Trainer (AET) or equivalent
