Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Wastewater Plant Supervisor, the Chief Operator will oversee all plant operations to comply with T.C.E.Q. regulations and Discharge Permit limits. The individual will conduct repairs and adjustments to plant equipment and machines, schedule maintenance activities, direct operators to ensure tasks are completed, maintain a daily log of activities, collaborate with laboratory staff to meet T.C.E.Q. requirements, ensure safety devices and alarm systems are in good condition, handle vendor contacts, manage operator work schedules during events, emergencies, weather, and holidays, train employees in ope...
