Warranty Project Manager

Warranty Project Manager is established within the EHS, Quality, and Security department for Switchgears Queretaro. The primary business need is to strengthen the management of warranty claims and customer non-conformities, ensuring timely resolution and improved service quality. The role is structured around three core areas: comprehensive warranty and claim management, rigorous root cause analysis with corrective action implementation, and proactive client communication.

How You'll Make An Impact

• 40% Warranty & Claim Management
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of warranty claims, from initial client report to final resolution and closure.
  • Coordinate with internal departments such as manufacturing, engineering, and logistics to gather information and facilitate claim processing.
