Warranty Officer

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Male/Female
• Must be a graduate of any 4 year course (preferably BS Engineering or BS Industrial Technology Major in Automotive or any related course)
• Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in after-sales operations in the automotive industry is required.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills, both oral and written.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Job Responsibilities:

• In charge of warranty concerns and claims concerns
• Evaluate warranty claims of customer if valid or not
• Deal directly with local suppliers with warranty claims
