Warehouse Team Leader

Bidfood Queenstown are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Team Leader to lead, develop and support our warehouse team. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations while coaching, training and managing supervisors and team members to achieve smooth operational systems.

The successful candidate will be a strong people leader who can foster a positive team culture, drive performance and ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely, accurately, and efficiently.
