Warehouse Team Leader: Lead & Develop High-Impact Ops

Bidfood Queenstown is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to guide and develop our warehouse team, ensuring safe, accurate and efficient daily operations. You will coach supervisors, manage scheduling and inventory control, and foster a positive, high‑performing culture.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and collaboration with other departments to meet customer orders on time. NZ residency or valid rights required; Monday–Friday with occasional weekend cover.
