Warehouse Team Leader

Warehouse Team leader required to lead small team of 5 - 6 people and working closely between sales and despatch ensuring operations, deliveries and driver schedules run smoothly accordingly. This role is based in Tokai, Cape Town. 

Key Performance Areas (including but not limited to):

Coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, dispatch, and loading.
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and verify accuracy of inventory and documentation.
Ensure adherence to SOPs, GDP (good distribution practise) requirements, and company policies.
Support production and distribution schedules through timely material availability.
Lead and motivate warehouse associates on shift to meet productivity, quality, and safety targets.
Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and provide on-the-job coaching.
Oversee the end-to-end movement of raw materials, consumables, and finished goods.
