Molex Taiwan is now hiring a Warehouse Supervisor at our Taoyuan Facility. The Supervisor will utilize leadership, logistics experience, and communication to identify and convert change improvement opportunities related to people, process, and systems.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate safety as the primary value and lead a crew of employees to exceed shipping expectations for operations, vendors, and customers. The candidate must be self-driven and demonstrate a commitment to safety, manufacturing excellence and quality.
Our Team
You will be working within the Global Logistic division, specifically focusing on our warehouses in Molex Taiwan and 3PL. Your role will involve close collaboration with various departments such as Shipping, Sales and CSR team, Production Line Supervisors, Planners, Customs, Logistics, and Finance to ensure seamless warehouse operations.
